INGREDIENTS
0.75 oz Sazerac de Forge Cognac
0.75 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
0.25 oz Benedictine
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
10 drops Bittermens Transatlantic Modern Aromatic Bitters
Lemon twist
PREPARATION
In an old-fashioned or rocks glass, add the cognac, rye, vermouth, Benedictine, and both bitters, then add ice and stir to mix well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
